How is it being collected?

Information is provided to The Animal Behaviour Business via completion of our online contact form, over telephone and/or email after an initial dialogue

Why is it being collected?

The information is required to be able to offer the dog training and animal behaviour advice you have requested and will be used to administer your account and to provide the products and services agreed. Information will only be used for marketing if you have expressly consented for me to do so.

Who will it be shared with?

Your information will NOT be passed to any third party other than for the administration of your account.

What will The Animal Behaviour Business do with your information?

I am required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal information (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Information that you have consented to be used for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information

What are your rights?
